Hours: 08:00 – 18:00 (2hrs break at noon)
*Closing ceremony will be held on the 30th of September from 5pm to 8pm.
This course is a process of self-knowledge and physical and mental re-education that aims to deepen multiple aspects of the practice and teaching of Yoga.
Knowledge has a beginning, but no end.
During our time together, we will be working to create consistency in our practice. We will challenge body and mind in order not only to understand them, but to guide others to this same understanding.
We will approach the mysteries of the human mind in a dynamic and interactive way. Without mental control nothing is possible, not strength, not agility, not balance.
We will experience the body consciously and deeply, practicing and repeating until the movement becomes intuitive.
We will travel to our true SELF through a light and relaxed path, exploring our deepest emotions in a gentle and welcoming way.

Practical Goals:
• Specialization in Chamak Yoga (a sequence of Vinyasa Yoga composed of 35 Asanas structured in a practice of 90 minutes. For all levels. Upon completion of this course, the trainee will be able to understand, practice and teach Chamak Yoga. Chamak is a Hindi word meaning “brightness.” This method was developed in 2012 by Natascha Buch, E-RYT 500 and Lead Trainer of the IYogaYou School. The main purpose of Chamak Yoga is the purification of the physical body and the dissolution of the mental waves, simultaneously. The method is practice, and through repetition, with the body and mind relaxed, the practitioner will find space to delve into other aspects of the path to Yoga).
• Knowledge of Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Raja Yoga, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita
• Deepening in Pranayama, Active Meditation, Ayurveda, Shamanism and Vedanta
• Teachings in the use of Cocoa as medicine (preparation and utilization)
Satsanga (Meetings with the Truth)

More then 100 classes (practice ade theory)
Chamak Yoga, Yoga Anatomy, Teaching Methodology, Pranayama, Meditation (Active, Sound, Silent, Visual and Traditional), Shamanism, Restorative Yoga, Crystal Bath, Yoga Business, Online Yoga, Sanskrit, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, The Bhagavad Gita, Ayurveda, Vedanta, and the medicinal usage of Cocoa.
+ Yoga Experience (every Saturday we will be doing outdoor activities, including a Sweat Tent Experience, Active Meditation, Silent Party on the beach, Hare Krishna Center, and a Hot Yoga Experience at BetterYou).
Airfare, accommodation and meals are not included in the price of the course.

R$7.300 at sight or 10x R$800 (This price is valid only for registrations made until the 10th of July. Subsequently, there will be an increase of 5% a month. At sight payment must be made until the 10th of July. In the case of installment option, payments must be made every 10th of each month. Receipts must be sent by email iyogayou@mail.com).

After completing the course, the instructor will be able to register with the Yoga Alliance (worldwide Yoga entity) as an independent teacher, being able to teach Yoga classes in Brazil and around the world. Altogether with a certification RYT200, the trainee will be able to register as RYT 500 (Registered Yoga Teacher). For those who have chosen the installments option, registration will be authorized by the school only after the completion of payments.
